Nina and the Dolphins of Remtalina
Nina floated between sleep and wakefulness. Her body was resting, but her mind wandered restlessly through the mists of a dream that wouldn’t let her go. She was by the sea, feeling the salty breeze on her skin and hearing the gentle lapping of the waves.
Suddenly, they emerged from the water—a group of magnificent dolphins, their silver bodies gleaming in the moonlight. One of them, larger and gentler than the others, looked directly at Nina.
Come with us
he whispered in his mind.
Nina hesitated. But before she could decide, she felt the water beneath her feet gently envelop her. She wasn’t being pulled—she was simply floating. Her body was weightless, and soon she was swimming side by side with the dolphins through the dark, shimmering sea.
We’re going to Remtalina
said the lead dolphin.
The word echoed within her, as if she had heard it before, somewhere deep in her memory.
The watery world around her changed. The waves became gentler, the light more mysterious. And then she saw it—a hidden city beneath the sea’s surface, full of glowing coral and shimmering spires. It was Remtalina, a place only the brave could enter, a place that kept secrets.
What she found there, Nina didn’t know. But when she awoke from the dream, she felt different—as if she had taken a piece of Remtalina with her.
